A. Representation Expand it, more participatory.

1. Assembly: Increase the number of Assembly Members.
2. Senate: Increase the number of State Senators.
3. Supervisors: 5 Supervisors is far too few for each county.
4. Cities: City Governments tend not to provide adequate representation.

B. Judicial Reforms

1. Reintroduce Justices of the Peace and local administration of laws.
2. Judicial Oversight with Teeth.
3. Juries, more cases will go before Juries.
4. Single member district elections.

C. Boards and Commissions

1. State Boards need duties consolidated into the legislature.
2. County Boards need to have their duties consolidated into County Government.
3. City Advisory Committees need to have their duties sent to elected reps.

D. Juries and Grand Juries

1. More direct access by citizens to Grand Juries and less executive intereference.
