Since there are 475,000 People for each representative, the representatives can not even sign a simple letter to their constituants. So, they hire an assistant who puts the mass mailers, or whatever else they want to be "signed by the representative", in a stack under the robopen and it signs them as though the representative actually signs it!!!!

What happens if this robotic pen starts back-signing laws as though "your representatives" signed them? The representatves no longer sign their own signature, why can't someone else do it!
